3. Lifetime Ring Replacement Program
Maison Menashe offers a Lifetime Ring Replacement Program, allowing customers to replace their ring up to three (3) times over the lifetime of the product.
This program is designed to cover situations such as:
- Ring size changes
- Accidental damage or normal wear
Key terms of the program include:
- The replacement benefit is limited to a maximum of three replacements per original purchase
- The program applies only to eligible rings purchased directly from Maison Menashe
- Replacement rings are subject to availability and may require a similar or equivalent product if the original is no longer available
- Customers may be responsible for shipping, handling, or other associated fees
