Shipping & returns

Shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum. Orders are dispatched from our Boulder, Colorado studio within one business day. We ship to US addresses only.

Need it faster? Email sales@maisonmenashe.com before you order and we will tell you honestly whether the date is achievable.

Returns are free. Send any band back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Email sales@maisonmenashe.com and we send you a prepaid return label, so sending it back costs you nothing. The ring should be in wearable condition; beyond that we do not look for reasons to say no.

Refunds are issued once the ring reaches us and usually show on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Size exchanges are free and unlimited, and they never count as a Forever Fit replacement. The Forever Fit Plan itself, three free replacements per order for any reason, has no time limit; the 60-day window above is for refunds.

We do not offer engraving or personalization, so nothing is excluded from returns on that basis.
