By placing an order you agree to these terms. Prices are in US dollars and are the price payable at checkout. Shipping within the US is free, and we ship to US addresses only. Prices include any applicable sales tax, and no tax is added at checkout.
Inlay materials are described by appearance. Names such as meteorite, opal and dinosaur bone refer to the pattern and finish of the inlay, not to a certified specimen: unless the product page states expressly that the material is natural, the inlay is a simulated or reconstituted material. Natural inlays, such as wood and antler, vary from piece to piece, so the ring you receive will differ slightly from the photograph.
When you place an order, the email address you give joins our marketing list, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, refunding it in full, where an item is mispriced or unavailable.
The Forever Fit Plan is attached to the original order and is not transferable between customers. Three free replacements per order, for any reason: lost, broken or the wrong size. Size exchanges are free and do not count as a replacement. There is no time limit.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
