The Aegis

I set it beside the titanium band I wore for six years and the difference was the edge. The old one had a soft rolled edge; this has a defined polished step. The practical difference is that this one does not pick up as many fine scratches across the face.

Size 9, a half up from my old band, and that turned out right. It clears the knuckle without spinning. Wore it to a work dinner and my manager noticed the brushed face before I said anything. Only gripe: fingerprints show on the polished edge more than I expected.

My husband picked this out to replace the thin band I'd worn since 2019. Its first outing was my sister's wedding in October. The stepped edge catches light where my old band was flat, and it sits heavier without sliding.

Ordered size 10 on a Sunday and it arrived Thursday with no fuss. It's snug over the knuckle and settles loose once past it, which is what I wanted. The polished edge has stayed sharp against the brushed middle.
